I watched the S-uds Vs Arsenal game again last nite. Ramsey was beyond awful, what does Arshavin have to do to get the number 10 role for Arsenal?
Another thing, Arteta needs to stand up and be counted, i dont know if it's his lack of pace but the Spaniard played too safe.
P.s Wenger's substituions are still dire.

arshavin needs an oxygen tank.
cant afford players who are too unfit to trackback.
Arshavin should remain an impact sub.

Arshavin cannot play in the center, he will get overrun as the above poster pointed out. We are missing wilshere, brilliant at retaining possession and can go past players like diaby.

Arshavin will play free role, with RVP droping behind to make 3 in midfield from there he can bring in the winger into the game.

Why does Arshavin need to drop back? Play 4-4-2 with Arshavin off Van Persie. Why do people think strikers need to track back? Just because Rooney does it doesn't mean everybody else should.

Yeah, what Batman said. I wish Wenger would use 4-4-2 in this way. We have a lot of good striker options playing 4-4-2!
