They preferred to wait for approval but have decided to announce anyway as training starts Weds.

That's exactly how I read it Stoopo.

They were trying to do the right thing. Wait for EFL
and then the dominos would fall. But, for whatever
reason, the EFL approval was delayed. Can't blame
the 49ers for doing this. I'm glad they did. And I'm
glad it's Farke. Now, hopefully, the incomings and
outs fall rapidly. Let's get on with it please.

Sorry, but they're getting off to a really bad start not just with how they're doing business, but also the communications, which are non existent.

Daniel Farke has already been in conversations with Leeds United regarding changes to the squad despite not officially announced as the club’s head coach.

Leeds have made it clear to him that he will be their head coach next season, however are waiting for the official announcement from the EFL regarding the 49ers ratification to appoint him.

If the process takes much longer, with the squad returning to Thorp Arch on Wednesday following 2 days at Leeds Beckett University, the club may bite the bullet and announce Farke before the EFL give the 49ers the green light.

It was on the Premier League board, hence i came across it. I don't frequent the Championship Board, but i now see the error has been rectified.
