we will be in a relegation battle.
40/1 to go down.
Fill your boots if you think that 👍

Strangely enough, having spent most of the last two years full of dread and frustration, I now have a gut feeling this season's going to be a cracker for us. Proper leadership and good decision-making at all levels, especially if Tyler Adams sticks with us. Wishful thinking maybe, but I really do need a bit of optimism in my life right now!

I mean, that just sets you up for a fall somewhat deosnt it? - how do you they're not going to make mistakes? - Easy to look back and pick out a few things Radz and all did wrong., but on whole, he gave proper leadership and got a lot of decisions right.
I'm not saying he was any sort of magician, and clearly royally messed up, but does bringing Bielsa in, allowing the club to reform, getting back to the prem in the times scale he outlined, and spending a fair wack on the first team when we first went up, all within this so called 5 year plan.

I think we have a couple of problem areas notably left back and keeper, solve those and the squad looks pretty solid. Looking forward to the new season.

“Bamford could do himself some favours in terms of cutting out social media pictures playing golf and ensure he's perceived to be working hard at his football.”
Bamford has been off social media for months hasn’t he? Who can blame him with all the abuse he was getting?
If I see him playing golf tomorrow I’ll mention it though - just in case he decides to open his Twitter account again 😏

Pictures on twitter this week of him golfing Stoopo, posted by the people he was playing with.
All he has to do is say no to pictures on the golf course this week lads, or maybe, not play golf whilst he';s coming under scrutiny.

I understand your opinion but am not sure I’m of the same opinion (honestly! Not being sarcastic or having a dig… really! 😊).
It just seems unreasonable to me to expect any sportsman or any person in the public eye, to not have another ‘life’ to enjoy, just the same as we do outside work. Yes I know they get paid megabucks, and they’ve got an image to manage. But if they’re out, someone’s gonna snap them doing it, whether to want it or not. So should they just stay in 🤷♂️.
Seems harsh, and an unreasonable expectation.

Any footballer should be spending their day off locked in a metal cube, eating only grapes and radishes, with no access to the internet. They are allowed three books of over 800 pages.

It wasn't just a snap when he was out, it was a golf day he was at, whilst others were training.
Everyone moans about his injuries and so its not a good look that he's supposedly injured, but physically active in another sport whilst not back at training.
No one has said he should just stay in, it's just this doesnt do him any favours, you only have to look at this forum to see the huge amount of criticism he and his fitness come in for.

I suppose football fitness and the fitness level required for other leisure sports is completely different. Might even be of some help in terms of rehabilitation, but I’m not a sports injury specialist so what do I know.

When I have injured players I always advise to respect the body.
Plenty of injuries from golf, most often arm/shoulder, neck and back.
I wouldn't be doing any other sport apart from maybe swimming and I certainly wouldn't be letting the other players take selfies with me and post.
