Leadership Committee was riddled with our poor performing defence, Davies, Dier and to an extent Lloris. I hope Levy doesn't have some misplaced allegiance to Dier and Davies.
I dont get why it's easy for us to spank 60m on Richarlison as a rotation striker. But so hard to relegate Dier and Davies to the Bench by signing quality CBs who would probably have the combined cost of 60m or close to it.
I'm hoping Ange will clean out this weak-mindedness across the entire squad starting with our defence.

He's a World Cup winning player and deserves to play with better defenders.

When Der was playing under Poch he was immense at the back & also in midfield. Part of this was because we had players like Wanyama, Eriksen & the incomparable Dembele bossing the midfield, this takes so much pressure of the back line and allows them to play with more confidence..
Last season our midfield was woeful, hence why the back had more leeks in it than Wales!
This season the midfield looks much stronger and hopefully will take the pressure off the defence.

Romero doesn’t care about spurs, in my opinion. We are his training matches for what he does care about - Argentina national team
