I have been watching a lot of the chats with Klopp and the players, and it seems that they were seriously hurt by last season, of course you would expect them to be that way, but sometimes you can see in the way people talk and how they carry themselves if they really mean it; to me they absolutely have that feeling that they mean business.
If you look at last season, our home form was almost title challenging...1 game lost to Leeds (of all teams!). It was the away form that killed us, specifically losing to bottom half teams. You can lose to city away and Utd, but to lose to bottom half clubs is unacceptable the way we did that.
This season I believe this wont happen, the mindset and addition of new players PLUS the likes of Doak, Bajcetic, B Clarke will be huge for us. Add in Nunez, Diaz, Jota and Gakpo all having a pre season together and they can only improve.
Tighten the MF and work as a team, press together and "I" believe we will compete not only for top 4 but for the title...

Very confident for coming season.

I think we are nearly back to square kne like last season. The midfield is light were as now we just have younger midfielders. I can't believe we getting rod of so many at same time, with hindsight we prob wish we kept milner now for that experience.
Trent said only few weeks ago how lfc have players who kmow how to win the league but we have lost all the midfielders with that experience.

I agree. Too much change all at once in 1 area of the pitch. Think it will lead to much inconsistency in the beginning. I dare say we'll figure out as the season progresses and we'll be in the mix for top 4 but cant see us close to challenging for the title.

I think we'll improve on last season, that was already evident by the final 10 games, and be right back in the fight for 2-4 but challenge for the title? Can't see it tbh.
Since the Leicester season, it's taken an average of 94 points to win the EPL (7 seasons). That level of consistency with an entirely new midfield is too much of an ask.
Comfortably top 4 and winning the EL would be a good season imo.

I'd be made up with that.
