Just wondering why Spurs haven't made an approach for him ? Talented player, good pace, left footed, big game/ PL experience and is good in possession. Given the way he reads the game, would be the ideal partner for someone who attacks the ball like Romero.
Seems to be well down the pecking order at City and that might only get worse if they sign Gvardiol.
Worth making an approach?

Simon Rolfes - managing director of Bayer Leverkusen on if Edmond Tapsoba will leave this summer:
"No, not under normal circumstances! It is clear that at some point there are always limits. But Edmond is a very important player.
He is one of the top players of our team, without question. He still has a long contract. Therefore, there is no reason for us to think about handing him over."

Excellent...... Glad we just wasted 2 months trying to low ball them for a player they dont need to sell

You expect a chairman to come out and say "Yes he will leave, he wants to go"
ANY Chairman who comments on speculation is always going to do so with the primary interest of keeping their player (if they want to) or extracting the biggest value from them (if they are open to selling).
In both circumstances, the answer will be the same! Unless the chairman is an idiot.
Why do you expect anything different

Are we talking CBs here...or lack thereof?
Here's what Aussieglue said about that when asked recently...........
***********
Are you frustrated at all with the lack of new centre-backs bearing in mind you identified it early on as a need?
"No, it's just the football world, mate. I've been in it a long time. I wish it could be like my wife with Amazon where we get deliveries everyday mate. But I can't put one in and get it the next day, unfortunately. It's just the way of the football world so no frustration, just keep working hard to try and get it done."
**************
I expect Aussieglue and Old Baldy will be falling out very soon.
Gone by Christmas is my prediction!

I’m fearing that Davies is the preferred option alongside Romero, if media reports are anything to go by…
How is that going to work, playing in a high line.., he’s a slow as a turtle, ffs!!

Ange said today that he sees Davies as a LB who's just filling in at CB because other players are coming back from fitness
