So with the news of Joe Lewis braking c what possible damage could be done to Spurs as a club ?
As fans we clearly know none of that money has gone into buying players , what could happen , massive fine , Points deduction, any ideas ?

Won’t directly affect Spurs, but the US are fecking red hot on this kind of thing. He could end up in jail. Which may leave you with an ownership problem. Fit and proper owner and an orange jumpsuit don’t go together too well.

Ask Trump, he is a walking orange jumpsuit who's avoided jail
Only way the US can get him is to do an international encrochment on a sovereign country to get him. A Superyacht marooned off a coast of a broken and bent island would be too far for Us justice. Unlesss Joe cooperates but then they will be lots of concession agreed first.

Red hot What with some of the stuff Trump gets away with. If you have enough money in the USA you can away with almost anything.

I would happily accept a points deduction, transfer embargo and demotion to the Championship if it gets these faaacks out of the club.
There is no hope under Enic and very little joy

Our government and judges are happy to approve extradition requests from the US for financial crimes. No swat team or super yacht necessary. Oddly enough it doesn’t work the other way around. Nigh on impossible to extradite a US citizen to the uk.

yes, but we are not at the stage of extradition demands and also, these would need to approved at the highest level as Joe is a UK citizen.
Joe would hope we have learnt from a recent dealing with US extradition laws where the US were infringing at UK law enforcement officers trying to extradite a US citizen for a crime she fled from.
He can hope we'll make it neigh on impossible for the US to get UK citizens extradited easily
Oh well, probably unlikely-- sorry uncle Joe, porridge it is then
