lets hope so. the number of times he got the ball and just lost it was alarming. He clearly got fustrated by his peers not threading him.
is it a myth ?? every pundt keeps saying "oooh he makes brillant runs..".. is it really true?
i dont personally see it.
he was best when gerrard was bursting through the opposition midfield and torres was on the shoulder of a defender ready to run... now everything is all crowded towards him.

I don't think it was a case of no service even though he hardly had any chances, but more of a case that the Czech team literally packed there box when Spain attacked and so there was no space for him.
As for Cole, he seems to be on the decline and although Terry wasn't that bad, he didn't have the best of games

Terry was let down by his CB partner, and cover in midfield, although I agree with DM that he didn't have the best of games. Cahill was poor and was looking vulnerable, and Parker and barry were just horrible, completely lost the midfield battle. Cole didn't really do anything but the Montenagran players beat him to easily at times. Lampard was slightly better than Parker/Barry when he came on but that wasn't hard. I think the rest did quite well

Torres is doing well in the current format cfc revolution, with Sturridge and Mata on either side. Although still has 2 more games to go

Who cares? Rubbish International football. Lamps played 2 passes within 2 minutes that nobody else even tried. Rooooooooooooooo!

Against big teams that wont sit back torres will perform against smaller teams thatll pack the box hell struggle thats my opinion

The only thing I check for after internationals is any injuries to our players. I'd rather watch League 2 football than the games themselves......
