I never really bought the hype from everyone about Adams.

Really liked his character, how he came across, how articulate he was, but as a player, didnt think he was standout.

Bizarre thing, I was being told his deal was only a loan one, right up to the end of last season, really not sure why I was being told that but hey ho.

If we get 20m I'm ok with that, won't be that missed in my book.

I think he’s a decent player to be honest but what I’ve seen of Ampadu in the last two games makes me think we have a far better player at the club already.

He’s just quality and the way he played at centre back was a real eye opener for me. He was also instructing the players to get forward and pass forward. Unfortunately it fell on deaf ears, especially with Hjelde, who had a torrid time from quite a few supporters. Uncalled for imo. He’s young and playing out of position.

Second half he moved forward and ran the show really.

Adams is a good player. We might have stayed up if he had been fit.

Time to move on now and get some players in who want to be here.

Adams is a ball winner, leader and breaks up play, but really doesn't offer much going forward...I agree that he's been hyped up to a level he just isn't. Adams had a slow start at Leeds and Ampadu has hit the ground running, has potentially more to his game than Adams. £13m up on the swap...good business!

Agree! We must have money and I think the owners are being wise/shrewd not to broadcast it.
