Game changer......

WOW.....mug CFC off big time .

Apparently Liverpool had the money but their valuation of players was different we NEEDED a DM....and MC is the best DM in the league, statistically and also when you watch what he does.

The mac and MC mf partnership is united again and I said last season that those two were one of the league best mfs, this is a real game changer for liverpool make no mistake.

With the money in we only stumped up around £60M for MC and we got Mac on the cheap so all in all we have one of the best mfs in the premier for around £140M (35+110).....average £70M each; which is very good.

We gone from 29-37yr olds to 19-22yr olds in mf, fantastic. Our mf
options are now:

Moses
Macallister
Thiago
Bajcetic
Szlob
Curtis
Elliott

Looks good to me, maybe if we get Lavia too...who knows🤷‍♂️. Either way I think we are now Title challengers.

This aged well, absolute disaster for Liverpool if true that he doesnt want to go to you. Now you've shown how much you've got to spend Lavia will 20/30 million more expensive.

Nah I don't agree about Lavia becoming more expensive.

He’ll certainly change Chelsea’s game

Chelsea fans were celebrating that Caicedo is going to Liverpool and now they are celebrating that they have to pay more than Liverpool’s supposedly laughable fee to get him. Special breed that lot

who and who? or are you just making things up again?

i still find it ridiculous the fee being presented and we shouldnt be doing it.

The same stance as all the way through the summer.

Think we need some accountability on this site. It's embarrasing to see.

Couldn't make it up, now Southampton will take you to the cleaners or you'll end up with a player who doesn't want to play for you.

Why not? Liverpool have been haggling over about 3-4 million for Lavia. Southampton can rightly say well if your prepared to pay that much for Caicedo then we think Lavia isn't that far behind Caicedo in terms of experience and quality. They should make them pay more now especially as Liverpool are desperate which they clearly are given they've just tried to drop over 100 million on player who's got 18 months experience in the league.

Southampton rejected £48M from Chelsea for Lavia which is pretty crazy. Liverpool should look elsewhere. Tchouameni, Kimmich and Verratti much better players and worth whatever the respective selling clubs are looking for. A 19 year old who has just been relegated is not going to take Liverpool to the next level.
