The first signing should be a top level CB, Tapsoba, Laporte or whoever, get this horrendous defence sorted and build from there, all top teams are built on a solid back line.

Then a CF of any description, young or old, sell Hojbjerg and replace with a quality DM.

Assess GK situation and maybe address in January if not good enough.

I have zero faith all this will be done and the deadwood shifted.

Mitrovic would be a disaster. Great if you're playing direct but we've moved on from that shiiiiit.

I'd bring in Orban as a young hope and then use the rest of the funds to balance out problem areas like central defence. What we shouldn't be doing is trying to replace Kane with a marque signing. Trust the process, balance the squad up and build strength everywhere rather than try to replace world class. It's impossible.

Son central will surprise a lot in the Ange system. He can score from anywhere outside the box and run in behind. Him and Richy will do more than a decent job as 9s. Perisic, Kulu and Solomon are also available
