So, let me lay this out:
Facts:
1..CFC agreed to sign Tyler from Leeds, he had 1st part of his medical;
2..CFC treat the lad appallingly and pull out sending him back to Leeds;;
3..Liverpool have Moises bid accepted by Brighton;
4..CFC have not lodged another bid after Liverpool's was accepted;
5..Brighton set a transfer deadline only liverpool meet;
6..Brighton transfer deadline for Moises now closed;
Rumour:
A..Moises agent is to get a huge payday if Moises signs for CFC;
B..CFC can only go to £100M for Moises because of FFP rules;
C..Moises agreed to join Liverpool before Liverpool bid was accepted;
D..Brighton are furious with CFC for the scenario so far;
E..Brighton wanted Lewis C to join them, CFC said no;
F..Moises is happy to go to Liverpool if CFC cannot meet asking price;
G..Moises agent tells Moises to stall Liverpool;
That's everything as far as I can glean from journalists and other media outlets. Most importantly Liverpool are the only club to meet the Brighton deadline and have a bid accepted, plus contrary to media chat Moises is happy to join liverpool, he is just being advised to join CFC by those around him who stand to make a huge payday.
Personally I think the CFC media narrative is to spread that Moises doesn't want to join liverpool, this appears incorrect. CFC want liverpool to pull out therefore leaving CFC with only a £100M bid to place which I believe is within FFP...if liverpool hold firm and Brighton refuse CFC then Moises will become a Liverpool player.
It's not over and it's very telling it's been more than 12hrs...and STILL no CFC official bid sent in response to liverpool's accepted bid.
Moises and CFC brigade...

Facts as I see them:
If Liverpool announce he’s signed, he’s a Liverpool player
If Chelsea announce he’s signed, he’s a Chelsea players
Until either Liverpool or Chelsea (or any other team) announce he’s signed, he’s a Brighton player.
My opinion
If Liverpool sign him, I’m excited to get a great player
If Chelsea sign him I don’t care - I support Liverpool
If he stays at Brighton I don’t care - I support Liverpool
All this richard swinging is childish carp!!!

All I know is both Chelsea and Liverpool, of which one will get their pants truly pulled down and shafted.
Then caicedo looks the sort who if he excels in 2 years will jump up and down, down tools and want to join real Madrid or some Saudi club paying silly money.

Will they , yes they will, the only one who is still up in the air is that moron Lukaku, burnt his rep with, Cfc, inter & Juve, only one place left for him and that is Saudi, where the window shuts late September.
Caicedo, the reality is Liverpool have made an offer , Brighton have excepted it.
But very much like the Mbappe situation with the 220m+ Saudi, offer unless the player wants to go , the club cannot force him to go.
It is now down to Cfc to make the counter offer, im sure there not happy having to pay 10/15 m extra for the player, & are trying to come up with a deal that satisfies Brighton. But it is there own poor handling of the matter.
I would not be surprised if Cfc didnt walk away from the deal, but i wouldnt be equally surprised if they paid this ridiculous fee.

No matter what the outcome, I don’t envisage either club feeling shafted should they lose the bid. Here’s a guy whose value, apparently, has gone, in the space of one season from £4M to £110M.
Possibly over-valued? Just a tad.
The footballing world has gone crazy. No matter which club comes second in this particular race there’s the relief that they haven’t spunked a fortune on this one player.
LFC, like most top clubs will have many more options in their locker - or should have.
Wherever he goes, I wish him well, and his girlfriend too. Maybe she want to stay in London and not Liverpool. If - a big if - that’s the case, here’s hoping we come second.
