Have you noticed how the top reds are scapegoating Jorg Schmadtke rather than criticise the owners. They know we have facked up but rather pick on the owners they have our temp DOF as the scapegoat.

It’s comical 19 + 6 > 20 + 3 dismissed what i said when i said it was embarrassing for Liverpool the other day then decided to write an article on how it was embarrassing for Liverpool then filtered me but now he’s in full meltdown, what embarrassing time he’s having on a personal level! 🤣

Soon as Chelsea show interest it's a difficult task.
Money talks. Offering a kid a guaranteed 7-10 yrs money is hard to say no too.
Everyone atm is saying what a couple for Chelsea but soon as a few of these signings fail they will have am impossible task offloading them. It'll also mean they have little room to manoeuvre in the future.
Chelsea have really gambled on them getting it eight and not needing many signings in the future.
Even if Liverpool offered a higher fee, the contracts Chelsea are offering are just mad money and hard to say no to.
I'd hardly describe it as embarrassing cos there is no way Liverpool table a bid for anyone without the agents saying they will listen. It's just a fight Liverpool can't win when Chelsea step in with their negotiation tactics
Fact ffp doesn't count for Chelsea cos they ain't in Europe and PL doesn't limit contract length could set a dangerous precedent.
It's all great when the big names are arriving but I think this model is so stupid long term it's crazy.

Fact is no one can compete if Chelsea offer someone a 7-9 yr deal. That's a fact.
And what u described as waffle is exactly why Chelsea can 5hit on ffp this year.
Long term I am sure it won't work. They won't shift dead wood on 9yr deals. When they are back in Europe they will have some real issues.
I'd say embarrassing is a club giving 19 yr old double the length of contract anyone else will. There is a reason clubs don't adopt this 'american' approach to contracts.
