Until ( if ever ) the full audio is released it should be viewed as what it is, a selective snippet of a longer audio recording.
Until it’s released Elvis POV doesn’t make sense to me, just my opinion though.

Selective because it’s not the full audio, self explanatory really.
The reason could be a number of things, some are unlikely ie AI, a sexx game but not impossible.
I haven’t thought about it that much before but my best guess at a reason would be a psychological trait of the perpetrator.

He's quite clearly questioning the validity of a statement which says two things which could be contradictory. He isn't saying it's OK to rape someone if they make themselves available to you.
