Yes, Sharpe was a legend. Him playing right side to accommodate Giggs.

The way he keeps referring to SAF “ The purple face, the frothing at the mouth & the white knuckles” makes him sound like the angry farmer from those public information ads in the 70’s

My favourite player and the reason I started to support United.Great player, great character.

I once went to a new year party at the Midland Hotel. Lee Sharpe was doing the cabaret singing with band. It was slightly surreal, but he’s a pretty good singer.

he came across as someone who during his playing career was a bit insecure and easily led

explains why his career never reached the heights his early years a Utd promised
