Who’s in charge of this and why are they performing so poorly?
Best signing we could make is bringing someone onto the board that is capabale of getting a decent fee from our players

Happy Tierney and Patino have been loaned out only, if Arteta refuses to play him then I'd like a loan for ESR too
All players that have a chance at a future at the club depending on what happens with Arteta and/or his tactics.
