Can't say I have ever counted them but if you watch him when we don't have the ball you'd know why he doesn't if it's true. He stands around mostly doing nothing and I don't think the word 'pressing' is even in his vocabulary.

There are a lot of things you can level at Martial, but he is actually pretty intelligent with his pressing.

The interception stat is a weird one to put to a CF in the first place, but i would also guess he has been available for about 30% of games in time, and completed 90 mins in none of them

I agree. Lindelof intercepts a lot balls, which pleases many fans, but he always returns the ball to the opponent, usually when he is out of balance. That’s why we spend more time defending than attacking when he is on the pitch.
