A terrible return

Yes, I know I wrote the reasons to be cheerful post below but also need to temper it with some realism here.

Since United's CL final defeat to Barca in 2011 these are the trophies won:

1 PL
1 European
1 FA Cup
2 League Cup

I won't include the one off trophies the likes of even Moyes could win.

That's a poor return for a massive club really. Especially considering the amount that has been spent.

Does anybody here think that's really good enough? It's easy enough to point fingers at the owners but surely the manager(s) need to take some of the blame too.

Here's to a brighter future for United though.

I know you've tried your best to get rid of concrete head.
Maybe you could offload him to some Greek team like Olympiacos or Aek Athens in January? Maguire loved his time in Greece the last time he was there

Aye.United have got Centre forward’s off with boils, two half back’s are missing going to a wedding and the goal-keeper's got a cold. But the owners’ll sort it out. They plan to sell the club to an oil merchant and walk away from it all with some brass in their back pockets.

United fan, Michael Palin (aka Goldon Gordon) couldnt make that up.
