He's not been very good VC. His goals have papered over the cracks a lot in some games. His passing has been really poor and in the first few games he didn't look like he had been off the beach more than a few days. Looked slow and heavy.

But singling players out is just daft as I have said. We have a poor squad. Lots of injuries too tbf but the quality of our squad isn't good enough.

I'm not singling him out over anyone. The whole team is a mess. Injuries haven't helped but we should still be better than this.

Rashford is the only reason ETH wasn't sacked months ago. We'd have had a Potter Chelsea season without his purple patch post world cup.

Maybe if he'd have spent the £380m better we'd actually have a slightly less horrible team?

I don’t necessarily think the summer was bad business, it’s just crazy that every player looks so shot of confidence and ability,

Today wasn’t all Rashfords fault by any means, but the midfield did alright. The issue was that every time the ball got to Rashford, Hoijlund it Pellistri the play broke down. They were all absolutely awful,

Casimiro was really poor for the first 3/4 games of the season, but apparently he often starts slow. It doesn’t help he’s often left alone with two midfielders either.

As I said, Rashford is as much of a problem for us as Ronaldo was. Doesn’t work off the ball, when he does he loses his man, always rolling round making half hearted tackles, throwing his arms round if he thought he should’ve got the ball etc.

You wouldn’t mind if he was putting up Ronaldos numbers and performances, but he’s been terrible since March.

I hope Rashford is dropped for a few weeks tbh. It will show everyone how poor we are without him despite the flaws in his game.

Bruno n Rashford for all their flaws are the players who deliver for us more than anyone else.

If people think a Garnacho Hojlund Pellestri/Antony front 3 is getting us back into the top 4 then good luck with that. You will end up disappointed.

I'm not singling out players. If we had a core of 13/14 players playing really well and it was say Rashford n Bruno or even Casemiro letting us down then fair enough.

But the truth is we look well short in all departments. Injuries haven't helped of course but what we are seeing isn't good enough ultimately.
