International break thread, and stole from social media.
But if you could make any footballer injury free their whole career, who , past or present, who would it be?

3 games between them.
He didn't lose a game for us.
Was hot property when we signed him but yeah sadly his career was cut short.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I was sure he was replaced at Lazio due to underperforming and was moved on?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He was, it’s why he ended up in England. The prem was a retirement home for Serie A players back then.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Not sure about that, a lot of great players came from serie a around then.
Di matteo, zola, vialli at chelsea alone. Plenty left in most of them.

Potentially, I just remember him being really good but just not being able to find the net.
Him and when poyet missed 10 or so games were huge misses for us.
What killed us was those 3 draws in a row though. Borough, Leicester and sheffield wednesday all in a row, two games where we didnt score.
Never forget that steve guppy goal. haunts me. 2 nil up at how to leicester with 8 mins left
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Poyet was a monster that season IIRC

From an Arsenal POV would like to have seen how either Diaby or Wilshere would have progresses.
Diaby IMO would have been an absolute monster player and Jack was doing so well until his injuries.

Rarely injured, certainly nothing that disrupted his career significantly.
Unless wanting to fack models and party is considered an injury.

For the fact England would have won the Euro 2004 Euros had he not got injured and maybe been more successful in 2006, I'll say Rooney.
