The current BBC main news page carries the main headline "Netanyahu says Israel preparing for Gaza ground invasion but won't say when". If the picture accompanying the headline is of their massed forces then I reckon they should rethink their plans.

Where does this belief that Israel has the 4th strongest army in the world come from?

The answer would be that there is more debate about Israel being a terrorist state as opposed to Hamas.
===
Well that's bullsheet unless what or how much debate there is in the public domain is what determines your opinion.
If that is your answer to the question "Instead you spend all your time doing all you can to have Hamas labeled terrorists, but not Israel. Why?" then it makes zero sense.
Fack what people are debating. We've agreed here that Israel are very similar to Hamas. But Hamas are already known as a terrorist group unlike Israel.
So why aren't YOU livid that BBC don't call Israel a terrorist state like you are about them refusing to call Hamas terrorists? Instead focusing on the small fish which have already been labeled as such by many, including the countries you listed.
If Hamas are terrorists and Israel are the same then Israel are also terrorists. It's accepted already that Hamas are terrorists so perhaps you should now focus your energies on getting the IDF the same label, no
You completely ignore the IDF until challenged, none of your criticisms of them have been voluntary. But you don't hesitate to kick the man who is already down and are chasing posters all over the site haranguing them for not "condemning Hamas" while pretending to be some paragon of neutrality when it's clear you've never been.
Even judging from your vitriolic comments when this started, defending Israel and attacking Palestinians until so many facts were smacked into your face that you had to tone it down and start pretending to be neutral and be more subliminal.
It's pure double standards and hypocrisy from you. It's a clown show tbh.

What was the point in asking my opinion if you were just going to label it as bullsheet?
It’s quite simple really: I, like the long list of countries I provided, find Hamas to undoubtedly be a terrorist organisation. Whereas it is debatable for Israel. You don’t think so and that’s fine but that is why I don’t call for Israel to be labelled a terrorist state. You refuse to accept that reasoning that’s fine. You do you.

Now as to your overarching query which is simply trying to get me state that I side with Israel over Palestine. Even if that were the case, which it isn’t, why does that matter?
====
It matters in the same way it matters that the BBC don't call Hamas terrorists. If one matters then so does the other. Since you care about what BBC call Hamas, why are you not taking care yourself personally to call Israel terrorists when you admit that that's what they are. Fack what other people say.
Why are you holding the BBC to standards which you yourself fall short of and don't even intend to live up to? Hypocrisy and double standards.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It’s not hypocrisy and double standards. I don’t think Israel as a state is a terrorist state whereas Hamas is a terrorist organisation. You may feel differently, which is absolutely fine.
You ask for an explanation, are given one but refuse to accept it. Ok cool bro, you have yourself a good day.

Just imagine......
If the BBC (or any other UK media outlet in the UK for that matter) HAD to report and endorse everthing that the British Government (of any colour) said, did and does as fact, truth or even righteous in their public broadcasts.....
And if they didn't the said Government and their supporters would make moves and waves to try and encourage support for their long term desire to silence them by threatening to curtail their public funding programme .....
we would be somewhere quite close to where we are today.

If one wants to know where the BBC's bias lies, one should look at how they report the killings by Hamas Vs the killings by Israel and also it's killing by its settlers.

It's very subtle but I've noticed over the last few days that Hamas 'murder' Israelis but Palestinians are 'killed' when they are shot by settlers, when it's reported on the BBC.
