Didn't Kane get promised he could go to City for £100m, but then was stonewalled?

Can't imagine it was all butterflies and rainbows after that.

Not a swipe at Tottenham, at least Kane didn't say he was being treated akin to a slave.

I have lots of arguments with Ace. I think he can be very trying at times with his dismissal of any former players because they were not in his words, elite athletes, but he is a decent poster, and should not be banned for what is clearly just banter with his hard man image.

No guarantee of that. Did Spurs win every league game when Kane played in their best team of say five seasons ago? He also never turned up when it really mattered in semis and finals.

Cannot say Spurs are really missing him. Although I thought they might. It was getting boring just hearing about Kane all the time at Spurs.

No guarantee of that. Did Spurs win every league game when Kane played in their best team of say five seasons ago? He also never turned up when it really mattered in semis and finals.

Classic Sandy.

Kane has become a more complete player since the days of peak Poch Spurs IMO. Unfortunately Spurs went downhill since then and while Kane remained good we probably could have seen more from him in a better Spurs team. Now we've got that team back but lost Kane. Put Son in where Richarlison is and Kane where Son is and you can't tell me that wouldn't be even better than what we've got already?

If spurs still had kane people would view them being top differently. Spurs attack now stands as Son and he isn't enough to carry a teams attack.

Every Spurs fan would have kept Kane if they could and being top only makes it hurt more now he has gone I'm sure, cos with him they have had a chance of winning it.

Kane at spurs would still improve them massively. Not sure how that can even be up for debate.

Well yes I get that. But when did he turn up when it mattered even with players like Verts, Toby Walker, Dembele etc.
