We can be critical because human rights are far worse in the east than west, it really is that simple.

That being said, Qatar WC was the most entertaining I’ve ever seen so no complaints from me.

Also, there are far less countries in Europe than the rest of the world.

can hardly play matches in a country where summer temps are around 45-50 C

I don't agree with a lot of their modus operandi but I don't think it's fair to deny them international sports tournaments on those grounds tbh.

England are also getting hosting for 2028. So England have a massive advantage three times in nine tournaments. It is a farce but nobody says a word.

I love how you make out England shared the tournament though. Only 6 of 7 games at home, no advantage there of course

Well you are moving the goalposts now because nobody is complaining about the competitive advantage Saudi Arabia or Qatar get from playing at home. Everybody knows the reason it’s a farce.

France, Germany and Italy have hosted more Euros than England, and almost none of them shared. Spain, too, if you include world cups. They also didn’t have to qualify for any of the tournaments they hosted - England will have to qualify for 2 of the Euros they ‘host’
