Here's my 2nd instalment / analysis on other teams. This time it's: Spurs.
Oh, they're a strange bunch aren't they? They are unjustly top of the table at the moment but my prediction is that they will finish 6th.
Don't get me wrong - I don't mind Ange. I am half Australian and like his personality. But this goes beyond that, doesn't it?
Funny club - similar to Newcastle in terms of fans disconnected with reality believing they are bigger than they are and their obsession with trying to put forward the idea that they are even in the same conversation as Liverpool, Utd, City and even Chelsea.
Not sure there's too much else to be said about them - I have friends who are Spurs fans and they are fine 98% of the time, but honestly let me tell you this: they absolutely FLIP when you try and have a logical debate about their positioning at the top table of English and, perhaps, more pertinently, European football.
I will be amazed if they do finish top 4. Let's see.
