This. I did a "missed opportunities in the market" thread towards the end of the summer, and have been debating doing a full up over the last few days.

We've seriously missed the mark in so many areas last summer and this and spent way more on addressing (or not addressing!) certain positions than what we could have with more savvy recruitment.
