Can't dwell on Saturday, we go forward and have the visit of Sevilla to look forward to on Wednesday.
The Sevillians had their own VAR shenanigans at the weekend in their 1-1 draw with a Celta Vigo team reduced to 10 men while 1 up. Youssef En Nesyri got the equaliser, but most of the post match talk was over Iago Aspas going postal on the pitchside monitor.
Since their defeat to us they have also drawn with Cadiz, making it 4 draws in a row in La Liga. They beat a lower league club in the Copa.
Sevilla go into this game in a precarious position in the group, opposite to our own situation. If we win we guarantee knockout European football in the new year, if the other result goes in favour of Lens and it will be in the Champions League. A win for us and a draw in Eindhoven would mean only PSV then besting our H2H advantage and we are through.
Obviously Odegaards availability is one thing we wait to find out. The other injuries we have does make the options limited, but another major talking point will be who will be in goal. I expect it will be Raya for this one and Burnley, before Ramsdale gets a chance after the international break.
Won't even begin to speculate on what other changes Arteta will make. I know what line up I would go for, but I doubt the boss has the same opinion.
PassionPower reckons their 'keeper may be injured. Otherwise much the same team is expected as first leg fitness willing.
Hopefully we can get back to winning ways, Sevilla ain't great and home advantage should increase the gap further.
Sevilla part 2...

You will win this one comfortably, this Sevilla side are quite poor and you guys have been good in Europe. I am happy, will be good for the Co efficient and hopefully give England 5 spots

It's not the Europa League so you'll win 5-0

Also my hope as we have better movement with him in the team.
Sevilla not great in La Liga at the moment and we won the first leg at their home and still they are dangerous.
Expect another tight game and yes a win would bring us in a very good position.
Others than Odegaard coming in I cant see many changes made by Arteta. We need our best available 11 to beat Sevilla.

Hopefully we play our usual attacking style with Rice as the DM. Take the lead and put the game to bed early.
