Drawing the lines

How long was that taking?

About 3 minutes staring at a random freeze frame, for every potential offside?

If it takes that long then it doesn't work.

If it takes that long then it’s obviously not a clear and obvious error- which was the whole point of VAR in the first place
Get rid of it

It's adding on so much more extra time now as well. The Son offside goal as well. I could see he was offside from instantly looking at the image but they took at least a minute before deciding.

Must have been a nightmare watching in the ground today. You'd have no idea what's going on.

One of the reason's I've stopped going is var. Actually got the calls right today but jeez the amount of time taken is tedious. And they often come to the wrong outcome anyway

It's shocking. With the Dier goal we kept seeing random zooming in and out on areas nowhere near involved with play. We could all see with the naked eye he was offside so why waste so much time?

VAR is genuinely the worst change to have happened to football in all my years watching. Chuck the entire thing in the bin. Keep goalline technology and other than that just give power back to refs to actually make decisions.

They'll get some wrong but that's the game.

Other leagues have moved on from drawing lines and have 3D offside which takes a short time.

that wasnt the point and that isnt the rule.

its got nothing to do with mistakes when it comes to offside he either is or isnt. what your referring to is in regards to fouls.
