Did you know it took until 2019 for Liverpool to achieve more top 2 finishes than they had 8th place finishes in the PL?

In a period where United have been labelled anything from bang average to absolutely sh!t we've never been as bad a that.

Also, in the eight seasons Klopp has been there LVG, Jose, Ole and ETH has finished above him. Four out of eight seasons our shambles has finished above his teams. And they're a stable club!

How would you have done without the extra billion that you've spent? All of those managers joined a team of expensive star players and still started off with a spend of like 200m in their first window or two.

Compare that with what Klopp inherited from Brendan, a Ropey league team with a Ropey league squad, not a team of underperforming well paid stars. He had to get us back in the CL so we could use that money to support transfers. United don't have such problems. They don't even need the CL in order to spend crazy money.

United aren't sheet. They're made sheet by other clubs being better than them. It's not easy to challenge on all fronts and sometimes our league form suffers from a combination of the exertion and squad deficiencies.

Liverpool were behind United when Klopp came to England. Today, things couldn't be more different. Liverpool better than United in every way except perhaps the revenues, but revenues don't get on the pitch and United are well and proper in Liverpool's shadow now

All things considered Klopp has taken done extremely well to finish above United 4 out of 8 seasons while winning everything there is to win
