Leeds Fans

So, apparently after the superleague final yesterday Leeds fans smashed up a bunch of the Old Trafford toilets and graphitied Munich on the walls.

I put it in here because it effects Old Trafford which is Man Utds stadium. Also because the Leeds rugby fans (who Im sure are completely separate from the football supporters) brought up Munich which is again, football and not rugby related.

Why does a Football Club, the size of Man United, feel the need to host an annual Rugby League game that knackers the pitch every year, anyway?

Crazy if you ask me.

I ask myself that qusetion every year.

How could they tell part of the ground was smashed up yesterday?

Billybob, that was a very poor post even by your standards. I assume you have never been to old trafford judging from what you said.

Surprised they could even write, never mind spell "Munich" correctly.

No, i've never been...but i did read this about Old Trafford

A quote about Old Trafford from someone who actually goes there... "...so for it to be falling apart there has to be something seriously wrong"

BillyBob.

I'm not surprised you haven't been to OT (or any other stadium). You're far too busy creating articles for this board.

I think its because league is pretty much a northern thing. Guess the league don't want the final in pompous union territory. Also given the successful teams st helens wigan Leeds bradford are all relatively close to the stadium it makes sense.

Plus the wedge united get.

We looked at going to one of these finals once with hospitality. They offered the same packages but they were half the price you would pay on a United match day. So United must make much less money for the Super League Final that they do on a normal PL match day. Is it worth it?
