Settlers attack Palestinians in many ways. Here is one example of an attack. Blocking people out of their own homes so they can take it over. They are a paramilitary force as they themselves are armed. In many cases, what they do amounts to terrorism. They make themselves fair target for Palestinian resistance based on their actions.

Here's an example of what it's like on British media. When Israeli politicians have talked about genocide or ethnic cleansing of Palestinians, they don't want to hear it. They think they only talk about Hamas, but those who have seen their words and seen their actions and aren't blind of feel guilty about what happened in WW2 see Israel for what it is.
