Great game last night.
Crazy how, like most of us have said, once injuries start clearing up we start picking up results.
We are still very wasteful, and very unlucky with var and refereeing decisions but I cannot wait until we have a full squad.
From a squad of 30 we've only had at times, 17 to pick with a lot of raw, young talent on the bench.

Can't wait until Nkunku and Chuk come back, should see us being able to break the low block sides a lot easier going forward.
Rather than relying on jackson and sterling at the start of the season(awful against low blocks) we will now have nkunku, mudryk, palmer, chukwuemeka, broja, hopefully lavia, jackson and sterling.
The style of play is there (won 11 out of 12 games on expected goals this season) and we have dominated most games, it's just finding that consistency in our finishing now.

Even with players coming back until we can breakdown the teams that defend deep we are unlikely to find consistency this season.

Don’t think the issue is breaking them down most the time, I think it’s the finishing. Jackson v forest from 3 yards out as a prime example

I thought the arsenal game was better Frank. This game peaked and troughed. I also thought the city fans were particularly poor until they went 3-2 up.

I was away for the Arsenal and Brentford games so had to sell my tickets. So, point noted. Never seems the same on TV. Turning down mic's etc, also.

I thought the arsenal game was better Frank. This game peaked and troughed. I also thought the city fans were particularly poor until they went 3-2 up.

I was away for the Arsenal and Brentford games so had to sell my tickets. So, point noted. Never seems the same on TV. Turning down mic's etc, also.

I watched the City game in the states. I could hear the Chelsea fans clearly through most of the match. Whenever I watch a game on the TV in the UK I always here the away fans more than the home fans despite the fact that when I'm at games I rarely hear the away fans (my season ticket is MHL lower). It was strange.
