Strange decision

Does anyone know why yesterday's City goal was ruled out when it looked like a genuine goal and the keeper had a mare and should’ve held on to the ball?
When you remember that it looked like carbon copy of the goal given to Newcastle against Arsenal only few weeks ago?

The decision was a strange one for me and kind of justifies Arteta outrage at the time.

Nobody has been given a decision against Varpool since the week long outpourings of grief after the Spurs game, that`s why it wasn`t given.

Normal service has been resumed, Varpool being given the benefit of doubt by 90% of referees.

Never bought into this narrative. Liverpool were right to feel aggrieved about the disallowed goal at Spurs. It was farcical. Every club has decisions go for and against them. That’s the game.

Most of the bad VAR decisions that go against City are when we play Liverpool.

I'm sure it's just a coincidence though.

There was nothing dodgy about the other ones, we're denied about 3 times as many as we're awarded.
