I mean really, I'm not that racist Finland living Spurs fan from the old BBC days, but if you're going to abuse "Maf" for his inability to correctly communicate; well you deserve it back.

I've decided/worked out that "Finland living" is intended to be an adjective. It isn't an adjective because it isn't a word at all, but grammatically I think:
racist = adjective
Finland living = 'adjective'
spurs fan = noun
I think you can have two (or more) adjectives, like "dirty, low down, good for nothing", but it looks like they should be separated by commas.
So "racist, Finland-living Spurs fan" would be OK (with the comma) if "Finland-living" was a word, which it isn't.

I don't remember any specifics, but do seem to recall he was an unpleasant piece of work. Kimchi I think his name was?

I've noticed that people, including those in the media, are losing the ability to use the future and conditional tenses. Instead they use the present tense. It might sound like complicated grammar but it's really just will / would.
For example 'If he gets it on target, he scores that goal'
Or 'In my opinion, he goes at the end of the season'
