The reality is that Cfc are currently under investigation for the incomplete accounts reporting 2012 > 2019 under Roman, payments made to agents, players & associates.
Importantly the new ownership did self report the failings when they took over after reviewing the clubs accounts. ( Possibly the most sensible decision since they took over)
The club could face up to a 12 point penalty deduction, a fine and even a transfer ban.
Looking at the worst case scenario should the club receive the maximum 12 point deduction we would now be joint bottom of the table on 4 points with Everton & Burnley.

EFC broke the FFP rules and got 10 points.
CFC have cheated to hide the fact they probably broke FFP rules.
2 crimes. Owning up might get a bit on leniency but the punishment must be severe to preserve the integrity of the PL

Quads , in this instance , the club have informed the Premier League of the accounting failure.
Its not a question if , but more to what extent.

Chelsea have committed far worse breeches than Everton. You are living in cloud cuckoo land if you think it will be just 12 point's. It will be relegation as a minimum. Just depends how many divisions down. At least City will keep you company.

Sandy stop being a clown, no one’s getting relegated. What if they make the decision in March? Are they relegating Chelsea at that point and voiding all results against them? What about the rest of their matches in the season?
If they do it in the summer then what are they doing? Putting another Champ club ip or keeping a relegated Prem side up?
