I always try to look at matches from the prospective of how it'll screw over the other team (cos 99% of fans always focus on their team).
ten Hag playing it safe & bolting the door seems like the ticket. It's the correct thing to do against us, it guarantees a point minimum, but in doing so will draw all the "I can't believe we were so negative" backlash from entitled United fans who want him out
