Imo, the club should revaluate his position at the end of the season.
The club hopefully can bring in the right profile of players in the next window.
The right players (2) who can provide top level competition in goal and a player who can simply hit the net and take the pressure off our non firing attackers.
Much is expected when Nkunku returns, he will be a welcome addition.
If Poch cant get the squad cohesively working so that we are looking like a side which can control a game over 90ms by the end of the season, then imo the club should seriously consider his position.
I do actually feel that the issues we have are first a result of clubs poorly thought out illogical buying policy.

Let Poch bring in his players. Two of your front three are average and the midfield offer little going forward.
I'd also change the captain. James is a tremendous RB but he is at times looks moody and doesn't look like the type of player who inspires.

I didn't expect you guys to drop points as I did see some positive play in the way your club generally improved. However, I noticed that Poch was talking about bringing in new players, which suggests the ones he has may not be suitable and or maybe have become a nuisance i.e. troublemakers in the dressing room.
Poch is entitled to bring in player changes and then you can review him.

I believe, he my have in the last 12 months signed a new contract A/Madrid?
