Strange time for a game, strange day as well, even though Thursday comes round every 7 days.
Last game before Christmas and youcan guarantee that the shoppers will be out in force for the late night Derbion opening and then be complaining bitterly about gridlocked traffic in not fit for purpose roads. Ha!
A bit disappointing on Saturday - but not undeserved - we never really got to grips with the game and for the ref's whistle to blow for a penalty at 95 mins and 53 secs (honest!) was just kismet.
Lincoln seem to be in a more lofty position than their status would suggest. I do think they will come to nick a point, park the bus or any other appropriate cliche but its up to us to break them down. And you can't blame the ref either.....
