On the last 2 occasions we have riled the crowd in Anfield which I would argue motivated the team to take points off us. Arteta in 2021/22 and Xhaka in 2022/23.
We need the players to remain calm. Don't let the occasion get to their heads and have a repeat. Arteta needs to not take any bait.
They (Liverpool) know it affected our performance both times. They will be trying to rile us up, you know it. We need to ignore this and get on with our game.
I am nervous mostly about Arteta if I am honest. If anyone is going to take the bait its going to be him.

It's a funny thing cos last season for 30 mins you totally outplayed us and then a square up gets the crowd going and that energised the players.
The first 10 mins against Man U were very loud and then it went very flat and one of the reasons was because there was no shet-house United player playing like Bruno or Casimero.
We will probably target Havertz who has a habit of squaring up with opposition players. He does have previous with us.

The OP is nervous when it rains and leaves his seat, which I have personally seen him do so it’s rich to have a pop at Arsenal for nerves.
