Robins obv has a decent chance as unattached. Hear that MacDonald is Keith Burt's choice and compo from #avfc will be minimal, if any #nffc

Not keen on Robins, I'm not sure he has had enough experience. Would prefer McDonald.
I also think a role for Frank Clark would be good. Wasn't he chairman of the league managers association. He must be able to find us someone decent.

Kevin MacDonald would be the worst choice, he has no experience of mgmt, all his roles have been as no.2 and interim roles, he comes across as a bit soft. Would take Robins or Pemberton over him every time. Even still we hardly spoiling ourselves by going for the cheapest and most available!!! Frank Clark will be a welcome appointment hopefully he sacks Arthur as his first task!!

When you lot said you were going for MON I didn't realise you were after his reserves manager!!!
Makes NLN sound like Alex ferguson.
Oh well, I suppose when you're scraping the bottom of the barrel you can't be too picky.

Robins has managed at two clubs, MacDonald has only filled in (and not done great at that) at two. He's also managed in lower leagues (picked up La Fondre for Rotherham) and done well with no budget. His Barnsley team did better than we're doing now with hardly a signing.
