Don't think they would have enough money to be honest. Even if they did, Gomez would be going nowhere unless he wanted to. Likelihood of him wanting to leave title contenders for Spurs is probably about 0%.

Surprised Arsenal wouldn't be interested, he'd easily be 2nd on the team sheet behind Saliba in defence.
