Well, I genuinely don't understand that. I like my job and by default if I like the job I must care about it. I fail to see how you can separate the two. Sure, there are aspects of my job that I do not like and probably don't care if taken away.

Why must you care about something you like? I like Orange Club bars. Do I care about them? Not really. There are literally thousands of things that a like, but don't really care about. And I think that is where Sancho is at now. Does he like football? Probably. But he doesn't care about it enough to be the best that he can be? I don't believe that he does and there is evidence to back that. And that is the problem.

And yes, you can probably argue that a lot of our squad don't care about football. No idea why you have brought this up, as we are specifically discussing Sancho.

Have you answered my question yet on how you would have handled the situation had you been in ETH's position?
