Left Chelsea in search of better pathway and opportunities at Spurs...Tearing it up at reserve level, on the upward trajectory.
Only to now find out that current club would prefer signing a hopeless player (with vastly overstated importance) that struggles to execute basics in Timo Werner at the best of times, on a downward spiral looking like a lower division player. Rather than promoting him as a reward for being in red hot form.
Must stress that this issue and bad decisions isn't exclusive to one club, happens at every club up and down the country.

he's just a fairly limited player who's effective at that level. I don't think anyone who follows the youth team closely has been calling for him to make an appearance for us. I don't think he's even one of the academy players who've been training with the first team. We had Jamie Donley come on for 15 minutes last night, and Phillips, Dorrington and Santiago have all made the bench several times. he's just not a standout player for us

If you think he's good enough then get the Boehlys to make an offer for him.

He's under 24 and would.be available for £100m.

Spurs have had plenty of kids in the squad and on the bench and pitch this season.
If he hasn't made it there yet, he's not good enough to do so, so far. Probably needs a loan to get some real experience

Didn't Chelsea sign Omari Hutchinson and then sign Mudryk, Mudueke, Maarsen, Palmer, Deivid etc despite his good reserve form?
Penny for his thoughts as he was being shipped out to Suffolk.

Might have been a mistake by the lad, given how much Chelsea struggle to score he would probably be starting for them in the Prem currently, Timo Werner certainly would start over Miss Jackson

Lack of comprehension still a problem I see.
