Highlandwhite Matchday Thread ================================================
Kick off 2pm. Radio commentary on BBC sports extra.
4 things that are inevitable in our lifetimes.
Death, taxes, Leeds drawn away from home, Leeds losing away from home to a lower league side.
Team news
LEEDS
Byram Out, Gelhdhart Out, Shackleton Doubt, Darlow out, Struijk Out, Meslier Out, Cooper doubt, Ayling doubt, Dallas out, Spence gone. Besides that we're at full strength
PETERBOROUGH
are set to play without first-choice goalie Bilokapic. There are also fitness concerns over forward Malik Mothersille and defender Romoney Crichlow. Their captain Kioso has been recalled by his parent club.
Peterborough are in fine form , unbeaten in 10 and scoring for fun.
Tough tough game on a horrible pitch. I'd take a draw to be honest.
Over to you all for pre match thoughts and predictions.
Can we go Live once again please AdminsĀ ,

Great to see Bamford hitting the back of the net, massive plus for us if we can get his confidence back.

Blimey O'Riley what a goal from Bamford I've only just seen it. It was just missing Bielsa running onto the pitch to give him a big hug!
Anyway a confident PB seems to have turned a nightmare corner let's hope so anyway... but I still wouldn't trust him with a penalty!
Other than that you have to say well done Paddy and long may his new found confidence and form continue.

Can see Bamford starting every week now with Rutter at 10

There is no way in hell you drop Bamford.
Comes into the side and shows what we have been missing in a number 9

The riddle that is Bamford,;
Misses sitter after sitter. Scores the most difficult of them all

If this doesn’t boost his confidence, nothing will.

It's good to see Bamford returning to doing all the other stuff he does well like holding up the ball and feeding others with well-timed balls.
He's getting back to form just at a good time. From his substitute appearances earlier this season I thought he was completely shot. I'm glad he has proved me wrong!

Well if this isn't a New Year wish than what is?..
Bamford 2 in 2!..
Hopefully his booster!..
Ampadu 2 in 1!..
And they're his first at this level off playing!..
All we need now is for Struijk to add to his 5 or so he's got us and that's goals from all over!..

I feel the same, Leedsfan. Didn't want to see Bamford in a Leeds shirt again but he's back with a bang, for sure, and I'm super happy to eat my words. Have watched that goal a million times already! Maybe it's the bleach?
Hope he and Ethan Ampadu have been able to raise a glass tonight!
Shout out for Kris Klaesson - another clean sheet, nice job!
Generally though, sounded like we really asserted ourselves from the off, away from home, at a potential banana-skin venue. P'boro's a total scheisse hole with a terrible surface - it can't have been pleasant playing there today and we didn't pick up any injuries. Bonus!
Chuffed to bits.
