As funny as it is, they'll still go through. As bad as they were, some of the chances boro gave away, they surely can't miss those in the 2nd leg.......can they?

The only thing that is in boro's favour here is that cheslea could be turned on if they don't scroe quickly in the second leg.

A 1 goal loss means pens for boro.
A draw means boro go through.

Cheslea need to win this convincingly so boro needs to not cave if they concede 1 or even 2. they need ot stick in the game and try nick one.

Chelsea would want to absolutely go through boro first half here.

Boro played well against villa in the cup. its not like this was a shocker.
