Refreshingly Honest

Daniel Farke is such a refreshingly honest character and leader. At least that is his public persona and I have no reason to doubt that he is any different behind the scenes.

He appears to lead when needed, make tough decisions, but always with his plan in mind, his values and principles at the fore. He does what he says he’s going to do.

He appears to be inclusive, to welcome newcomers with equal respect as when dealing with experienced stalwarts. He appears to welcome new ideas from all, and to encourage people to have their say.

He seems to have no need to show how clever he is by trying to shut down others’ opinions by belittling them. And it seems that he doesn’t need to be hero worshipped by lickspittle-sycophants who may, sadly, see this behaviour as their only opportunity to be accepted by him and his inner group.

Very well done Daniel Farke. I hope you spend many successful years with Leeds United.
