Problems logging onto ja606

I had an issue when i furst tried to log in, it told me my password and or username was wrong.

I reset my password, then came in on the new one, and then changed it back to what I had originally set it to.... no problems since.

You might want to advise him/her to try that, if thats the sort of problem they're getting.
