Ok, i will edit in 3 stars for all those who feel that Todd Boehly can reinvent the wheel and achieve both aims simultaneously

Trouble is that Boehly has turned Chelsea into a bit of a circus and eliteness (is that a word 🤔 ) seems some way off. Selling this vision to new investors/sponsors/players might be more difficult now than say 2 years ago.

Don't think the 2 are possible simultaneously, but maybe a selling club to get back on track before looking to elevate you status again
