I can see an actual and potential problem now that JK will exit the scene, in recruitment.
Players repeatedly declared their desire to come to Anfield because of the man, his name, his reputation and successes.
In my dreams, I envisage/d the likes of even Mbappe being drawn to the club such is Jurgen’s attraction.
What happens now, in the meantime? We haven’t signed anyone this month, and that’s good because we don’t need to, because we’ve a first class supply line from the Academy; Trent, Curtis, Jarell, what a player, Connor, Bobby, Kaide, but, what about a big name, one we could actually afford, another Virgil, Allison, Darwin, will they want to come now that Jurgen is departing?
The problem

You're very likely to be losing your best player to the Saudis in the summer also.
Massive job that now for Alonso or whoever comes in.

Not necessarily. It's not exactly an attractive league right now.

Just feel like it's still too early for Salah to go there when he has so much more to offer at the top level.

Can't see Salah going there at any point, he seems like a decent bloke.

End of an era, start of a new era.
Imo Alonso would be the perfect successor.
Stable appointment for the next decade.
It's not like klopp is pulling a saf and leaving an aging team. Liverpool will continue to challenge.
