Yeah don’t get this. Who else was he gonna play? PEH is a better player than Skipp and I guess this suggests that PEH is unlikely to leave this window now so is back in the circle of trust.

You can take a horse to water....

Hard worker etc but not suited to Ange ball, not mobile enough or good enough beating the press. He can produce some nice moments and clever passes but for an Ange team the overall package is below what is required.

You guys are seeing what you want to see. He was one of our best performers last night and a last minute slip doesn't change that.

Just because he wasn't bought by the new regime, doesn't make him a bad player. He's got us over the line in several games this year when we've needed his calmness off the bench. If we lose him, we'll notice it.
