The CL returns tonight with the Last 16, although we don't go to Portugal until next week.
Looking at this weeks fixtures and they aren't exactly mouthwatering.
FC Copenhagen vs Manchester City
The Danish side will be hoping to do a Manc double after progressing ahead of United in the group. Looks very unlikely and City should win this by a few.
Copenhagen haven't had a competitive game since they beat Galatasaray in mid-December to progress, while City are on a long winning run.
RB Leipzig vs Real Madrid
The runaway leaders of La Liga face the 5th placed Bundesliga team. Leipzig are in poor form since the winter break while Real have won 7 of their last 8.
Lazio vs Bayern Munich
Bayern will be looking to bounce back from the weekends humbling, and 8th placed Serie A side Lazio should be a good place to do just that.
PSG vs Real Sociedad
One of the few games where the home team is favourite. PSG are running away with Ligue 1 and took the opportunity to rest Mbappe. Sociedad are 7th in La Liga and haven't won for 4 games.
Next week:
Inter vs Atletico
One of the genuinely well matched games. Inter are cruising to the Serie A title, while Atletico are 4th in La Liga. Inter have won 8 of their last 9 while Atletico have hit a rough patch, so last years runners up will be favourite.
PSV vs Dortmund
Dortmund haven't been at their best while PSV have lost just twice in all competitions this season (including our 4-0). However, Dortmund will be fancied to win this.
Napoli vs Barcelona
The Italian champions are having a shocking defence of their title, while Barca are well adrift their rivals Madrid. This one could go either way.
Porto vs Arsenal
Porto are falling behind in the title race after a draw and defeat, while Arsenal have recovered from a tough Christmas period and are hitting top form. Our record in Portugal isn't great and we were knocked out of Europe by a Portuguese club last season. Porto were, however, the last team we beat at this stage of the CL - a Nicolas Bendtner hat-trick plus goals from Nasri and Eboue overturning a 2-1 in Portugal back in 2010.
Hopefully a few shocks, just not for us!

10/1 City minus 1, PSG, Real Madrid and Bayern.

Real don’t have Bellingham - already bagged 20 goals for them this season, Southgate will play him as a DM come the summer though
Bayern aren’t particularly good currently and Tuchel is in full on crazy person mode

Napoli vs Barca should have been that, champions of Italy vs champions of Spain. Sadly they just ain't that good this season.

It's another one of those nights when I have to support a team I don't like but they are British (almost). So good luck City.
